About Andrew Wilder

Andrew Wilder has been a key contributor to the vintage furniture renaissance in interior design, dealing 20th century Scandinavian antiques for the past two decades. Wilder opened Svenska Möbler galleries in Los Angeles and Chicago in 2000 and continues to serve the international design community with exemplary pieces of Scandinavian 20th century design.

In the world of art photography, Wilder shepherded the revival of American photographer Mark Shaw. His efforts culminated in the 2013 Rizzoli publishing, “Dior Glamour,” a project created with Christian Dior–Paris, which marked the fashion house’s 50th year anniversary.

As a trained ceramic artist, Andrew creates commissioned works for interior design clients around the world. He is delighted to begin offering his line of studio pottery to the public – at retail boutiques throughout the USA and through this web site.

The Andrew Wilder Gallery is a destination for rare examples of Scandinavian modernism to clients around the world via www.andrewwildergallery.com and By Appointment in Los Angeles.
