Swedish art moderne era secretaire desk rendered in striped mahogany. With interior in mahogany. Interior consists of slots and pullout / pull-out drawers. There is an area to conveniently store a lap top computer. The three lower drawers function perfectly and lend a practicality to this piece-which functions perfectly for extra storage. The item has had light restoration and is in great condition, with all wood joinery sound and finish looking great. See photos for more details. The curved form at top is a Classic of early Swedish modernism of the 1940s.
